Tuttnauer is far more than just reliable products. We aim to be a complete partner for service and support, offering the benefits of our expertise and experience to all. This commitment stems from our company character – a group of specialists working side by side, each contributing to creating comprehensive solutions. The result is a range of customer support services including ongoing maintenance, training and supply of spare parts. Our network of authorized dealers provide maintenance assistance and customer service worldwide. You can choose from any of our Full Service Dealers or Service Only Centers that are available to you. Tuttnauer maintains a fully staffed Technical Service Department to provide complete back-up support for the field technicians servicing your Tuttnauer product. Should a field technician need help trouble-shooting a problem Tuttnauer has technicians ready to offer assistance. If needed the authorized dealer or service center can send the unit to our facility for repair. In addition Tuttnauer maintains a complete Spare Parts Department ready to ship replacement parts to your authorized dealer or service center.
BaySide Technical Services is a Full Service Tuttnauer Dealer. Located in central Massachusetts we provide local service to parts of six states. We know these autoclaves and are here to help you purchase a new autoclave or keep your present unit current with it's preventative maintenance schedule or unexpected repair.
We also offer Tuttnauer customer who have purchased their autoclaves elsewhere to ship them to us for repair. BaySide Technical Services is authorized to repair your autoclave whether or not it is covered under warranty. (Note: Tuttnauer Reconditioned autoclaves need to be returned to Tuttnauer in order to take advantage of their limited labor warranty)
